<div><strong> VP Technology - Hospitality (remote)</strong><strong> Location: </strong> Miami, Las Vegas, Los Angeles <br/><br/><strong> Salary </strong> : $210,000 - $250,000<br/><br/><strong> About the role </strong><br/><br/> We're looking for a VP, Technology to join our Experiences & Hospitality team. In this role, you will build and lead our technology practice across the Americas and Europe, starting with hotels, casinos, and food and beverage and extending into cruise lines, attractions, and live entertainment. You will design AI-native solutions with client executives, win and grow our largest accounts, and build the technology team that delivers the work. <br/><br/> The ideal candidate comes from the hospitality industry, either inside a hotel, casino, restaurant, or food and beverage company or as a technology partner to one, and pairs strong executive relationships with the technical credibility to turn guest experience and operational goals into measurable results. <br/><br/><strong> What You'll Do </strong><br/><ul><li> Set the direction for our Experiences & Hospitality technology practice across the Americas and Europe, anchored in hotels, casinos, and food and beverage and extending into the wider market </li><li> Build trusted relationships with client CIOs and CTOs, and grow our largest accounts alongside Client Partners </li><li> Build, lead, and mentor the practice's technology team, including its Technology Directors, architects, and engineers, with Applied AI as a core capability </li><li> Lead pursuits from first workshop to signed deal, shaping the solution with client executives and setting pricing and deal structure </li><li> Own the health of the practice, including revenue, margin, utilization, capacity, and delivery quality, and manage risk across the portfolio </li><li> Lead the development of AI-native industry solutions and accelerators, and turn what we learn in client work into reusable assets </li><li> Be a recognized voice in the industry, through speaking, publishing, and original perspectives on how AI is changing the guest experience and operations </li></ul><br/><br/><strong> What You Bring </strong><br/><ul><li> 12+ years of experience in technology, including technology leadership inside a hotel, casino, restaurant, or food and beverage company, at a service provider to the hospitality industry, or in consulting or professional services </li><li> Deep knowledge of how hospitality businesses run, from hotel and casino properties to restaurants and quick-service chains, and from the property or restaurant floor to the corporate center </li><li> Owned a P&L or won and grown large enterprise accounts, with a record of winning complex new business </li><li> Led large engagements for enterprise clients, including AI-native solutions, digital guest experiences, operational improvements, and upgrades to core systems </li><li> Built and grown senior technical teams, including across distributed locations </li><li> Credible with a client CTO on cloud, cybersecurity, and architecture, with the executive presence to present, facilitate, and tell a clear story to senior leaders </li></ul><br/><br/><strong> Benefits for this position will likely include the following </strong><br/><ul><li> Unlimited paid time off </li><li> Healthcare benefits </li><li> Dental benefits </li><li> Vision benefits </li><li> Disability insurance </li><li> Life insurance benefits </li><li> Retirement benefits, including 401(k) and a potential company match. </li><li> Parental leave for both birthing (up to 14 weeks of paid leave) and non-birthing parents (up to 4 weeks paid leave), as well as adoption leave (up to 8 weeks of paid leave), subject to qualifications </li><li> Child hospitalization leave (up to 15 paid calendar days per year), subject to qualifications </li><li> "Be kind to yourself day" on your anniversary (subject to terms and conditions) </li><li> Graduation and birthing gifts, subject to eligibility </li><li> Paid Jury duty (up to 4 weeks a year), subject to eligibility </li><li> Paid moving days (up to 2 days a year), subject to eligibility </li><li> Approximately 12 paid company holidays a year </li></ul><br/><br/><strong> Accommodations </strong><br/><ul><li> If you require an accommodation, please contact the recruiting team </li></ul><br/><br/><strong> Remote Work </strong><br/><ul><li> Remote work permissibility may change based on business needs.
