Job Summary In the Talent Acquisition Partner role, you can use your talents to contribute to improving global health and peoples' lives by providing recruiting support for our client sites and division leadership. Responsibiltiies: * Manage recruiting and staffing processes and best practices for the business. * Utilize various cost-effective sourcing strategies, such as internet job boards, networking, resume mining, social networking, cold calling, diversity/inclusiveness initiatives, employee referral programs, college/university recruiting and job fairs to source and attract top talent. * Pre-screen all applicable candidates, recommending candidates to hiring manager based on detailed requirements of position and job competencies, providing hiring manager with reasoning for advancing candidate. * Effectively utilize our applicant tracking system to manage and track job postings and recruitment activity and ensure process compliance. You will need to track, report and support future staffing initiatives. * Establish credibility and positive, professional working relationships and remain engaged with hiring managers and senior management to stay abreast of hiring process. * Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to better understand business needs, assist with job descriptions, forecast talent acquisition needs and to develop proactive candidate pipeline strategy. * Create and maintain relationships with candidates to keep the pipeline open for future positions.
