We are considering applicants for the location of Dallas, TX. As the Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager, Collectibles, you will be responsible for developing and leading the end-to-end global supply chain and manufacturing strategy and execution for Crunchyroll's Collectibles business. You will oversee global sourcing, supplier selection and development, manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and operational readiness to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work cross-functionally with Product Development, Creative, Licensing, Planning, Sales, Finance, and Distribution. You will drive operational excellence through strategic supplier partnerships, scalable processes, and data-driven decision-making. By serving as the operational bridge between Product Development, Creative, Licensing, and global manufacturing partners, you will ensure innovative collectible products are successfully translated from concept into high-quality products delivered to fans worldwide. You will proactively identify operational risks, optimize cost and inventory performance, and build a resilient global supply chain that supports the continued growth of the Collectibles business.
