A love of cars helps you connect with customers, but it's not a requirement. We can teach you the product cold in about a week. What we can't teach is hunger, quickness, and the instinct to take a warm lead and turn it into a booked install.
This is not a show-up-and-hang-out job. You are in the seat and dialing your entire shift. This is a heads-down, high-volume phone job, all day. We hand you a stack of warm, price-qualified leads every day and expect you to work them relentlessly, on a team that's always raising the bar and out to be the best in the industry. A select few make it through, and they earn accordingly.
