· Count, label, sort, organize, and stock plumbing materials, equipment, and supplies.

· Maintain organized warehouse shelves, bins, staging areas, and storage locations.

· Pick, prepare, and stage materials for technicians, field crews, and company projects.

· Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliations.

· Make local deliveries of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to jobsites, company locations, and field employees.

· Pick up materials, equipment, and special orders from local plumbing supply houses and vendors.

· Verify that pickup and delivery orders are complete and accurate.

· Obtain required signatures, receipts, and delivery documentation.

· Load and unload company vehicles safely and securely.

· Communicate delays, shortages, damaged items, or order discrepancies to the appropriate team member.

Fleet and Truck Inventory

· Monitor inventory assigned to company service trucks and fleet vehicles.

· Perform periodic truck inventory counts and identify missing, damaged, excess, or obsolete materials.

· Restock company vehicles according to established inventory levels and approved truck stock lists.

· Maintain records of inventory added to, removed from, or transferred between vehicles.

· Prepare materials, tools, equipment, and standard stock for new truck assignments.

· Inspect and inventory materials, tools, equipment, keys, fuel cards, and company property when vehicles are returned or reassigned.

· Help maintain consistent truck-stock standards across the fleet.

Fleet Housekeeping and Upkeep

· Assist with the company’s fleet housekeeping and vehicle upkeep program.

· Help ensure company vehicles are clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready for use.

· Inspect vehicle interiors, cargo areas, shelving, bins, and storage compartments for cleanliness and organization.

· Report visible vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, safety issues, expired registrations, or missing equipment.

· Assist with coordinating routine vehicle cleaning, inspections, and scheduled maintenance.

· Maintain records or checklists related to vehicle condition, cleanliness, inventory, and upkeep.

· Support management with vehicle assignment, reassignment, and return processes.

General Responsibilities

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work environment.

· Follow all company safety procedures and material-handling practices.
