Role Summary
We're hiring an experienced Social Content Specialist to act as the voice of a founder and brand across social platforms. This role is purpose-built for founder ghostwriting on X (Twitter) primarily, plus LinkedIn and blog channels. Ideal for someone with a proven track record growing accounts in tech, AI, or fintech, who understands platform algorithms, virality, and how to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives. Portfolio required.
Key Responsibilities
- Ghostwrite content for the founder across X, LinkedIn, and blog channels
- Draft and publish tweets, threads, LinkedIn posts, and blog articles
- Drive follower growth and engagement, with primary focus on X
- Identify and engage with relevant conversations, trends, and key voices in tech, AI, and fintech
- Proactively comment on and interact with strategically important accounts
- Respond to comments and manage ongoing audience engagement
- Support content for product launches, announcements, and updates
- Manage both founder and company social accounts as the primary content lead
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in social media, content, or personal-brand management for founders, startups, or tech/fintech companies
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on X (portfolio required)
- Experience ghostwriting for executives or founders with consistent voice capture
- Deep expertise in X (primary); strong LinkedIn and blog/long-form skills
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok preferred
- Exceptional written English (native or near-native) for both short-form (posts, threads) and long-form (blogs, thought leadership)
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and virality
- Ability to proactively engage and build visibility within communities
