The Role

AAA USA is hiring Remote Appointment Setters. Your job is simple to explain and hard to master: connect with inbound and qualified leads, have real conversations, and get them booked on the calendar with our closers.

What You'll Do

Contact and qualify inbound and assigned leads by phone, text, and email
Build fast rapport and identify whether a prospect is a fit
Book qualified appointments onto closers' calendars
Follow up relentlessly — most money is made on contact attempts 3 through 8
Log activity accurately and hit daily and weekly activity targets
Show up to team calls, take coaching, and apply it the same day
