The Team The Operations team is a key partner in enabling Biohub's pioneering work to combine frontier AI with frontier biology to solve disease and Learning Commons' mission to build AI infrastructure that aligns how students learn with the tools that shape their learning experiences. This work requires strategic and operational rigor, creativity, and deep collaboration. The Opportunity We're seeking a Principal IT Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, strategic IT infrastructure programs that enable organizational growth, security, and operational excellence. This role will drive complex, multi-year initiatives spanning cloud infrastructure, networking, identity and access management, endpoint services, and workplace technologies. Through these efforts, you will help deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology capabilities that support the organization's mission, empowering employees, researchers, and operational teams to maximize their impact. As a Principal IT TPM, you will define program strategy, establish governance models, and provide structure for highly complex initiatives that impact multiple teams and business functions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to IT and business leadership, influencing investment decisions, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of critical infrastructure capabilities that support the organization's long-term objectives. This position may be eligible to participate in our discretionary annual performance bonus program.
