Time For a Change Wellness, LLC is growing and seeking a compassionate, motivated clinician to join our practice on a part-time basis.

This is a fully telehealth W-2 position with an established caseload, making it a great opportunity for a clinician who wants flexibility without having to build a client panel from scratch.

We are a clinician-owned behavioral health practice focused on individualized, evidence-based care, professional development, and supporting clinicians in developing specialized areas of practice.

What You'll Do

Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy via telehealth
Maintain an established clinical caseload
Complete timely and clinically appropriate documentation
Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with clients on treatment goals
Participate in clinical supervision and consultation as appropriate
Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
Learn and participate in bariatric pre-surgical psychological evaluations
Develop competency in assessing behavioral, psychosocial, and mental health factors related to bariatric surgery and obesity care

Bariatric Psychological Evaluation Training

Prior experience completing bariatric psychological evaluations is not required.

The clinician must, however, be interested and willing to learn this specialty area. Training, consultation, and support will be provided as the clinician develops competency in bariatric pre-surgical psychological evaluations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in expanding beyond traditional outpatient therapy and developing specialized experience within obesity medicine and integrated behavioral healthcare.

Who We're Looking For

Applicants may include independently licensed or pre-licensed master's-level mental health clinicians, depending on applicable state licensure requirements.

Relevant backgrounds may include:

Social Work
Clinical Mental Health Counseling
Marriage and Family Therapy
Psychology or a related behavioral health discipline

Pre-licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. Eligible employees may receive clinical supervision at no cost while working toward independent licensure.
