POSITION OVERVIEW The Interior Designer | Design Development is responsible for leading the design development phase of commercial interior projects, translating approved concepts into fully resolved, coordinated, and buildable design solutions. Working closely with the Design Development team and consultants, the Interior Designer | Design Development ensures the successful delivery of high-quality Design Development packages that seamlessly transition in construction documentation. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability and plays a critical role in upholding design excellence and technical rigor across the firm’s portfolio. The Interior Designer | Design Development will work independently and collaborate closely with multiple design team members to ensure the successful completion of the design development phase.
