Position Summary: Sets up and follows up on all ground handling and service functions for Charter and ACMI offline operations. Major Job Accountabilities <ul><li>Liaison between all Atlas online and offline stations to relay airport restriction information such as vendors, staffing and notam closures to all operating parties</li><li>Serves as point of contact for all inquiries for the Ground Ops department via 24/7 phone line</li><li>Confirm aircraft fuel operations, crew and passenger catering provisions, aircraft deicing services, passenger handling, and aircraft cabin services are in place according to standard operating procedures</li><li>Track fuel services on passenger and cargo aircraft per station.</li><li>Send updates to fuel supplier and into plane vendor of any schedule changes as needed.</li><li>Track Approved Vendor List (AVL) to ensure compliance with fuel and deicing activities</li><li>Assist in the initial set up and revisions of official documents provided to the designated vendors per charter and/or operation. Coordinates with vendors to ensure services are in place and rendered.</li><li>Present valid General Declaration and Landing Rights form to U.S. Customs & Border Patrol to obtain approval as required on International flights.</li><li>Present completed Aircraft Prior Permission Required form to Military Base Operation to obtain approval as required prior to date of operation.</li><li>Maintain department’s database with information pertinent to General Declaration and Landing Rights filing.</li><li>Assist in the coordination with main-line stations regarding supplies and stock levels required for flights/operations</li><li>Support all other departments as needed</li><li>Track Residual disinsection of all company aircraft to ensure country/regional compliance requirements are met</li><li>Ensure Positive Launch items have been vetted and approved for all AMC operations</li><li>Assist with setup for ADHOC operations such as diversions, ACMI offline, & SA offline</li><li>Assist with crew base access procedures for applicable AMC stations</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>BA in Aviation required or equivalent ground handling/airline operations experience</li><li>Minimum of four years airline experience or equivalent </li></ul>Special Demands <ul><li>Flexibility with work schedule to include working nights, weekends and holidays </li></ul>Skills <ul><li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and PowerPoint</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and coordinate time sensitive duties</li><li>Ability to meet the demands of varied responsibilities and deadlines</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment</li><li>Outstanding customer service skills</li><li>Perform well under pressure</li><li>Ability to understand Cargo and PAX ground handling, deicing, fueling, and catering procedures</li><li>Ability to successfully complete required on-the-job training </li></ul>#GH19 LI-20 Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
