What You'll Do • Support planning, tracking and delivery of multiple initiatives across design and product, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals and timelines. • Ensure design deliverables are aligned with product requirements. • Facilitate communication and decision-making across disciplines, including marketing, data and research. • Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to design, product and engineering processes, supporting scalable ways of working across teams. • Facilitate the scoping of design requests from product, and communicate with stakeholders to help move product initiatives forward. • Own and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals, resolve issues, identify clear next steps, and escalate roadblocks when necessary. • Communicate progress, risks and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders and leadership. • Maintain project tracking tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable and Figma. Qualifications • 3-5 years of experience as a project or program manager. • Strong understanding of design and product lifecycles, from roadmapping and initial requirements through final delivery and release. • Proven ability to work with product designers, product managers, and technology partners. • Ability to manage high-impact initiatives with competing deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and complex dependencies. • Ability to operate independently and multi-task in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch) and project management platforms (Jira, Confluence, Airtable). • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to provide clarity and structure in an environment of constant change.
