Responsibilities

You run structured closing calls with pre-qualified inbound B2B leads.
You convert leads into customers through clear, confident communication, smart questioning, and effective objection handling.
You work closely with our setting team, review calls and sales processes, and proactively contribute to continuous improvement.
Over time, you also manage upsell and renewal conversations with existing clients.

Who we’re looking for

At least 4 years of experience in sales, ideally in B2B consulting, coaching, or the agency space
Business-fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to have: experience in consulting, agency, or high-ticket sales environments
A true A-player sales professional who is willing to go the extra mile
Very strong communication skills
A structured, logical, and self-driven way of thinking
Ability to follow scripts precisely when required
