What You’ll Do
You’ll connect with small business customers and prospects to understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, and schedule appointments with sales consultants when a solution may be a fit. Using your customer service, sales, communication, and decision-making skills, you’ll ask thoughtful questions, capture clear notes, and help set up the next conversation for success.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Connect with customers and prospects to identify needs and sales opportunities
- Ask discovery questions to understand business workflows and customer priorities
- Schedule appointments with sales consultants when a solution may support the customer
- Capture clear notes to support effective follow-up and consultative conversations
- Follow pipeline, adherence, and customer follow-up expectations
- Support new customer acquisition and expanded customer relationships
What You Bring to the Role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of post-secondary education or 2+ years of sales experience
- 6+ months of customer-facing experience
- Comfort making recommendations, solving problems, and escalating when appropriate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer experience and ability to work across multiple systems
- Sales, appointment-setting, lead generation, or quota-based experience
